As an instructor, my goals are to show my students the importance of the scientific method, provide them with the tools to develop high order critical thinking, and create a classroom environment where all students feel comfortable and confident to communicate their ideas and knowledge. Through my courses, I hope students tap into their curiosity to explore the natural world and effectively use evidence-based reasoning to evaluate the world in which they live.
